Another main reason for suicides especially in those already diagnosed with mental disorders is the very bad side effects that the psychoactive drugs sometimes have. How can a medication be given to a vet who has PTSD and is also taking several psychoactive medications be having side effects like anxiety, insomnia or even suicide. That is a travesty. It should not be.Any medication with a dangerous side effect should be removed by the FDA.

Another interesting reason for suicides is the flaky nature of individuals these days. People are too sensitive to the extreme. People are too politically correct so as not to hurt others. But this world is an unfair place. Parents have to toughen their children for the real world. I love it when I hear Ivanka say "we can take it" referring to harsh talk against she and her family. We all need less sensitivity to insulting attitudes and remarks by others. In this world they will always come. You may cry sometimes, but soon wipe off your tears and say it is part of being alive. It is true that sometimes the negatives become overwhelming, but then we can retreat for a while and the continue the fight after reassessments and replannings.
With positive and negative wires or currents we get to be able to use electricity. There is no flow that is useful with only the positive wire or with the positive and neutral wires. So also in our lives we really need the negative and positive attitudes and remarks of others to really be balanced in this life.

Another overlooked reason for suicides is illicit drug use. This is indeed a major problem in the US. Drug use makes dopes of people. Individuals are no longer themselves. They  in effect become in human. This affects the way they also process things and problems.

Every man has problems. We are in this world to handle problems. That is why new problems are always emerging. Yes we may have a brief period of everything working well , but soon an issue comes up and has our attention.

The problem with using the illicit drugs is that they are mainly psychoactive. They alter brain perceptions, They help create an alternate false reality. this is similar to getting drunk, but these drugs are more intense.Because the psycho analyzing is altered the inhibitions are also impaired. Suicide then becomes more possible from the point of view of less inhibition.

Also, the illicit drugs are not always well made. Impurities abound Many of them may contain items very different from the label.

SUICIDES

It is my real belief that people will not normally be successful in killing themselves in the numbers that we find today. It should be a rare thing. It should be a scarce happening. Animals do not want to be killed. That is why they run away when they think they are in danger, It has been programmed in all living things to want to survive.

The reasons that people commit suicide are many.

1.  Mixing medications with alcohol. It is a fact that when alcohol is taken together with some pain  medications prescribed by doctors, that sometimes the combination makes the normal dose of pain medication to become overdose. So in other words, the normal dose is amplified n the combination with alcohol in the body and become even a lethal dose. This may mean that some people who we think killed themselves while mixing alcohol and pain meds might have done so unintentionally. Some famous people may fall into this category.
