If the victim of an alleged crime says he was not harmed how can others claim the alleged victim  was harmed?  If President Zelinsky says there was no problem how can others complain for Zelinsky? If an alleged rape victim says there was no rape the case will be thrown out of court.

Fires #

Are they really spontaneous?

Do they happen out the blue?

Do people not start them?

Smothering cigarettes stubs have caused more fires than they have been given credit for.

So should cigarette companies not help in paying the cost of putting out wild fires?

I have heard of a firefighter setting fires to get big jobs.

In the cold weather individuals start fires to warm themselves but may not be too careful to put them completely out.

So please enough already of blaming climate change for the fires.

It's just like burning down your house and then people blame the hot dry weather for it.

What causes most of these wild fires we hear of?

Most I must submit are man-made.  Encampment fires that go out of control, smoking cigar or cigarette stubs, intentional fires by wicked people, and rarely lightning fires.

To stop wild out of control fires the following will have to be done:

Shutting off all gas in the area.

Turning off all electricity in the area.

Making a pool of water form in front of the fire advance edge.

Every home should make a pool of water around their homes with hoses.

Sand also could be used to form a barrier against the fires.
