I wish all the people fighting for civil rights that they themselves be civil and responsible in everyway and dressing, in language and in style. To be respected we must be civilized in behavior. In a situation where an African American is more comfortable in a restaurant sitting near a white man in terms of safety and is ready to run out of a bar just because a fellow African American is walked in, is a bad situation.
